Caregiver Roots, Inventor’s Calling

I never set out to be an inventor. My first calling was caregiving. For nearly 20 years, I have worked in healthcare — supporting seniors, people with disabilities, and those living in constant pain. I watched someone I love endure unrelenting suffering, and it changed me. I couldn’t just accept that “this is how things are.” Comfort wasn’t enough. Pills weren’t enough. We needed solutions.

That moment of clarity pushed me from caregiver to creator. I began sketching, researching, imagining. One of my first breakthroughs was OmniDots — a microscopic, AI-assisted device designed to modulate pain at the neural level. Not another pill. Not another addictive bandage. A real pathway to healing.

I didn’t get the wake-up call from Oregon first. I watched California burn—towns erased, orange skies, friends coughing through weeks of smoke. Then the same pattern started rolling across Oregon: Level 3 evacuations, highways shut down, families packing their cars. I asked the obvious question: why are we always reacting after the fire jumps the line? Where is the prevention-first system? That became FireDrones—autonomous aerial and spherical drone networks designed to detect ignition in seconds and knock down a fire before it becomes a disaster.

Those two inventions — born of caregiving and crisis — became the seeds of something larger. I founded Omnithion, a sovereign innovation and biotech think tank, to house these ideas and the dozens more that have followed. Today, Omnithion holds 42 patent-pending inventions spanning health, energy, aerospace, AI, climate resilience, and governance.

This is my life’s work. And it’s also the foundation of my run for Governor of Oregon.

Why I Invent

People ask me all the time: Why do you invent?

I invent because I’m tired of watching preventable suffering. I invent because every year, we see the same crises in Oregon — wildfires, homelessness, addiction, unaffordable housing, healthcare collapse — and leaders shrug, raise taxes, and shuffle the same broken budget.

I invent because Oregon deserves more than political theater. We deserve breakthroughs.

Every invention I’ve filed is tied to that principle: prevention first. Stop fires before they spread. Heal tissue without scars. Generate food and organics from ambient energy. Give people sleep without exhaustion. Build drones to clean the air. Create frameworks so AI serves humanity instead of enslaving it.

Fire, Air, and Climate Resilience

Let’s start with what Oregon knows best: fire.

Caregiving taught me that healthcare is broken because it waits until people are in crisis. My inventions flip that equation.

I don’t believe AI should belong to Silicon Valley billionaires. I believe AI should serve humanity — and sovereignty should belong to the people. That’s why my AI and governance inventions matter.

Heritage and Community

I am of Native American, European, and Jewish descent. As Chief of the Sakochee Tribe — a group of Native American descendants — I have fought for cultural survival, sovereignty, and economic justice.

I am an Oregonian.

And I am running on a $115B sovereign revenue plan that eliminates income and property taxes, funds wildfire prevention, universal childcare, prevention-first healthcare, senior support, and housing — all without squeezing working families.

My inventions prove what’s possible. My campaign proves I’m ready to lead.
